After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the DPD tracking number, which allows you to track the real-time status of your shipment either through the Shopify order page or the official website of the logistics provider. For deliveries within the European Union (EU), it usually takes 2-4 working days to arrive.

If your order has not been shipped yet after placement, you can contact customer service via email to make modifications. Orders that have already entered the fulfillment process cannot be changed.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we support the right to cancel orders without giving a reason within 14 days of placing the order. For orders that have not been shipped, a full refund will be provided; for orders that have already been shipped, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.

Shipment from Italy Warehouse: For orders placed on working days, the order will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours. Logistics information will be synchronized and notified via Shopify.

Dangerous goods such as batteries may be shipped separately. You can view the package splitting record in the order details. If any item is missing from your shipment, please provide your order number to our email address, and we will arrange for the reissue within 48 hours.

We support Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, and Klarna (installment payment).

Common reasons: Failed 3D Secure verification, bank regional restrictions, insufficient balance. It is recommended to switch browsers and try again.

The marked price includes EU VAT (19% for Germany, 20% for France, etc.)

Within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day return period with no reason required (calculated from the date of receipt). For electric bicycles, they must be kept in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition.

Submit a return request through the Shopify order page. If the order meets the return criteria, our customer service team will contact the logistics provider to arrange for a door-to-door pickup for the return.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method and processed within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned items. Credit card refunds typically take 5-7 working days to arrive in your account.

Batteries that have been installed and used, installed components, and promotional products (marked as "Final Sale") are not eligible for return. For details, please refer to Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
